PNYCOMP32013
Regular price $231.00 NZDInspired by 1970's surf culture, the High Vibe brings the mood of sun kissed days, salty skin and vintage magic. With the yellow deck, high impact blue wheels and burnt orange trucks, the High Vibe will throw you back to the Californian surf era of good times.
Did you know that Penny Skateboards come in five different sizes? The standard Penny 22", the slightly larger Penny 27”, the 32" Cruiser, the 29" Surfskate and the 36" Longboard. Regardless of their size, all Penny models are great for different skating styles.
Our 22” Penny is a great size for skaters looking for easy transportation and fits perfectly in our Penny Pouch Backpacks when you’re not skating. It’s also great for those younger Penny riders who are on the smaller side.
The 27” it is the ultimate all round skateboard. Commonly referred to as the “Nickel,” this board boasts the same great features as the 22” however its larger deck is great for perfecting new skate tricks or beginners looking for a little more stability.
Designed for the flat-day fun, the 29" Surfskate replicates the feeling of surfing the streets. This board is developed for skills progression, tight carves and pumping you’d normally get on a surfboard.
Our 32" cruiser is our most versatile board to date. The stiff nose and tail allow you to pop up curbs, grind a ledge, film your friends or just cruise the streets. With a shape and size modeled after the cruiser boards of decades past.
The Penny 36" Longboard is a cruiser’s dream. The classic, relaxed ride of your favorite Penny is now available in our longest board yet.
This is my third board I got from Penny so far in my lifetime and they all are pretty impressive. I honestly love the boards and I have never been disappointed with their quality for each and every one of their boards! This board is my biggest board I got and it rides so smooth on the rough surfaces that I normally ride on with a traditional board that I used lots as well.

So I wanted to try this size after owning a 27 for a little while. And I was nothing short of amazed. This board is so sweet for simple to medium tricks. The carving is incredible which I didn't expect and you still don't get wheel bite (unless your a crazy loose trucks person of course), and the speed is so quick. The colour was even better than I expected as well. This board is so incredible and is so worth the money.

This gives a smooth ride and allows you to option to do tricks like ollies, kick flips, grinds, etc. I just put some grip tape on the board since the grip isn’t too sticky if you’re into doing tricks. The board came with some wiggle room in the trucks so be ready for some wobbles at high speeds. The wheels chipped on the side wall on the first 2 weeks I had the board, seems dangerous, but is that covered by my warranty?

Honestly a great middleground between the nickel and the surfskate, the board size gives you a lot if control and it carves amazingly. The cactus wanderlust color looks even better in person too.
